2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the selected carrier and destination:

- Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been shipped.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be clearly stated on the website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier and may take 24–48 hours to update.
5. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Delays or losses resulting from incomplete address information
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
Preorder Policy
This policy applies specifically to items marked as Preorder at the time of purchase.
1. Preorder Definition
Preorder items are products that are not currently in stock and require additional time for sourcing, production, or fulfillment.
These items are reserved for customers at the time of purchase and are fulfilled once inventory becomes available.
2. Preorder Processing Time
Estimated preorder processing time is 3-5 weeks unless otherwise stated on the product page.
This timeframe is an estimate only and may vary due to:
- Supplier availability
- Production schedules
- Shipping carrier delays
- External factors beyond our control
3. Preorder Fulfillment
Preorder items are shipped once inventory is received from our suppliers and processed for fulfillment.
Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.
4. Preorder Cancellations
Once a preorder is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified due to immediate supplier ordering and reservation of inventory.
5. Preorder Returns
All preorder items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases where items arrive damaged or incorrect.
6. Combined Orders
If an order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may ship in multiple shipments unless otherwise stated.
7. Shipping Responsibility
Once shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
We are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
