We offer both ready-to-ship items and preorder items.
- Ready-to-ship items are processed and fulfilled based on inventory availability at the time of purchase.
- Preorder items are made available in advance and require additional processing time prior to fulfillment.
All estimated processing and shipping timelines are provided in individual product listings and may vary depending on supplier and carrier conditions.
2. Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Item must include original packaging and tags (if applicable)
- Item must be free of damage, stains, or odor
To initiate a return, customers must contact us with their order number for authorization prior to sending any items back.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return:
- Preorder items (all preorder sales are final)
- Sale or clearance items
- Jewelry and accessories (including earrings, hats, and hair accessories)
- Gift cards or promotional items
4. Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, customers will be notified of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
- Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider (typically 3–7 business days after approval)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet return eligibility requirements.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers who wish to obtain a different item or size should place a new order and return the original item if eligible under this policy.
6. Preorder Terms
Preorder items are produced or sourced in advance of shipment and are subject to extended processing times.
- Estimated preorder fulfillment time is 3–5 weeks unless otherwise stated
- Preorder timelines are estimates and may vary due to supplier delays, production schedules, or carrier disruptions
- Once a preorder order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified
All preorder purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or return unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
We are not responsible for:
- Shipping delays once the package is in transit
- Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will review and determine eligibility for replacement or resolution.
